RETURNS
Regrettably, we are unable to accept the return of works which are no longer desired, for each item is made to order or crafted with singular purpose and care. However, should there be any cause for concern regarding your ordere, we invite you to contact us at orders@jonesworkshop.com.
CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES
Cancellations of orders of already-crafted pieces are only accepted prior to shipment of the order. All orders ship within 3-5 business days.
Cancellation or changes to commissioned works must be recieved prior to commencement of work and/or purchase of required materials. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your commissioned project, we invite you to contact us at orders@jonesworkshop.com.
DAMAGED ITEMS
All items are thoughtfully packaged for shipment, however if there is damage to your order during the shipping process, please send your order information and photos of packaging and item damage to orders@jonesworkshop.com within 30 days of recieving your order. Due to all items being uniquely crafted from materials with limited availability, replacements may not be possible. However, we may offer to repair your order. Any items that are beyond repair are eligible for a refund.
