Hi! I'm Chris.

A Fort Worth-based woodturning artist working at the intersection of craft and contemplation—where the ancient language of wood meets the quiet discipline of form.

Each piece of timber—often reclaimed, weathered, or locally felled—carries its own biography: a history inscribed in rings, fractures, and grain. I seek not to impose upon the wood, but to collaborate with it, allowing its unique character to guide the emergence of sculptural vessels and organic forms. For collectors, my work offers more than utility—it is an invitation into a conversation with material and time. These are one-of-a-kind pieces, each shaped slowly and intuitively at the lathe, where gesture and restraint are held in delicate balance.

In a world increasingly defined by replication and speed, I offer objects made to endure—singular forms that invite touch, stillness, and reflection. My pieces have found homes with private collectors and individuals who value craftsmanship as an art form and nature as a collaborator.

Thank you for your interest, and for honoring the art of the handmade.
