Crafted from a storm-fallen American Elm tree, this vessel is a display of the natural beauty of elm grain combined with tactile texturing meticulously hand-carved into the exterior of the form. After texturing, the form was oiled and waxed to protect the surface and accentuate the grain patters that intersect the texture pattern.
